The BMCC Academy of Leadership and Service is a one-year program designed primarily for freshman students. Through a series of weekly workshops and activities, students are expected (1) to learn the basic skills required to become an effective leader, (2) to learn what opportunities are available to participate in student life, and (3) to fill student leadership roles at the college. Students will learn the basic tenets of leadership to motivate and support them in their service as club leaders.
